By accessing or using UTM Generator you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service description

UTM Generator provides tools to generate tracking links, save UTM templates, shorten links and create QR codes. Features may be released in beta and can evolve over time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Store or include personal data of other individuals in UTM parameters, campaign names, templates or links.
• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing activities.
• Copy, scrape, decompile or reverse engineer the service, or bypass access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

10. Fees and payments

The core service is currently free. Paid plans may be introduced later and will be processed by a third-party payment provider such as WayForPay.

18. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.
